Our School Programme is all about teaching our children to become better people. To understand others and treat them with respect, kindness and to be polite.
Bullying behaviour is taught, and often at home. We need to teach our children in a fun, learning environment the correct social behaviours. Through dramatic play, children can act out bullying another child and/or be the victim like in Mr Tree saves Simon from the Bully. They can learn to be involved with others and come together as a team in an unusual situation as in Mr Tree saves his friends through a Storm. We can also learn how to choose our words carefully before speaking so that we don’t hurt our friends by reading and acting our Mr Tree and the Scary Sleepover book.
